Peter tries to show his pareents he’s a responsible boy, a soon-to-be big brother, but it’s difficult to do so when he gets blamed for the mischievous deeds of a pixie only he can see. When the pixie disappears, Peter realizes he misses it and tries to lure it back. Daigneault’s illustrations give this late author’s magical and heartwarming tale a gentle touch. mRb
