The season brings a new batch of chapter books from Montreal’s Roussan Publishers. In Dinosaurs in the Attic ($6.95, ages seven to nine) Edmonton writer Colleen Heffernan was inspired by her son to write a book about a boy who loved those prehistoric creatures. The relationship between the two brothers in this short book is sweet. A nice story to read before bedtime – as long as there aren’t any dinosaurs lurking in the attic. mRb
